Back in May I made a post about not writing enough on this blog because “I was too busy” with other things. Those “other things” which I’ll reveal in November allow me to earn somewhere between $100 to $200 PER DAY since May 2013. Of course it didn’t start that good, but I’ve been improving over time going from $50 (May) to $200 at this moment (October).
Disclosure of Material Connection: Some of the links on this page above are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission. To make your webinar an effective promotion, you should provide a lot of value and content before you pitch Shopify and offer your affiliate link. As an incentive to encourage participants to go through your affiliate link, offer participants a bonus if they sign up for Shopify through your link, such as a free consultation or additional learning materials.

This is so well put together, thank you! I’ve been spinning my wheels trying to figure out what affiliates to work with in my niche. My target audience is bloggers, and much of my content is free knowledge on how to grow a blog, but pushing a sale is just not what I want to do. But with this list I can really see that there are a lot of options to choose from. I do have an account with shareasale already, so I’m going to start there and see what other companies will work for my audience!
One thing that has been proving to change the face of affiliate marketing as well as the way people buy consumer products is Facebook. Practically everyone is on Facebook these days, from old to young, and all over the world. If you’re wanting to reach a big audience, you might not need to look much further than one of the most visited websites and popular apps. Facebook allows people to see your posts and updates, like them, interact with them, comment on them, and share them. For Facebook’s algorithm, the more genuine interaction you get, the more the post will be seen by others. Well-crafted updates, posts, and ads can then result in profitable affiliate sales. So how can you get started with Facebook affiliate marketing?
We back these apps on a more personal level! We’ve tried most of them and found them to be risk-free and safe to use. For some apps, you will be using your personal and other sensitive information that could be hacked in some sort of way down the road. We don’t think this will happen but if you are ultra-paranoid, perhaps living under a rock best suits you.

However, Facebook further explains that branded content “features or is influenced by a business partner for an exchange of value,” which affiliate marketing is not. Facebook does require any businesses or individuals that post branded content to tag the third-party’s page and disclose their relationship. To err on the side of caution, it’s a good idea for affiliate marketers to adopt this practice on Facebook, too.
The Ad was promoting web services and Apps for Android and iOS, and it gets you to click on it and then you land into this simple squeeze page. The cool thing is that because they’re only asking for your email, it’s really easy to fill and watch the content of the membership after that. And they’re using a background with a hot girl in the beach because you know… we all love to work with our laptops at the beach while we make tons of money, don’t we?
When you have selected the best images and descriptions for your fanpage, and you know those images work really well (high CTR and low CPC), then you can create a new campaign and select a CTR based scheme instead of paying for CPM. This way it won’t matter if the images get old after a few days because facebook will not charge you by the number of impressions – they’ll charge for clicks – and you’ll spend even less money or at least you’ll keep getting a good quantity of new followers per day.

Great post Perrin! I think one of the biggest problems that rarely gets talked about are the nexus laws that restrict certain states from being accepted into an affiliate program. Currently, those states are Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia.
Once approved, affiliate marketers can find the details of your products and promote them on their own sites and social channels via trackable links. When their readers click through and purchase your product, you get the sale, the affiliate marketer gets a commission, and, depending on the network service or platform you choose, they may also take a small fee per purchase.
